Search engine giants Yahoo have more than double their quarterly profits in a year.
Californian based Yahoo reported a net profit of a rather staggering $101 million dollars (œ55m) for the inclusive months of January to March 2004, compared to last years profit of (only?) $47m.
The total revenue or turnover has exceeded $550 million for the same three months, again an increase of some $267m from the same time last year.
Yahoo expect to break the $2 billion dollar turnover figure over the coming twelve months.
